Always above and beyond service from Kari Toyota! From the car pick up guy, to the video I received of my car at service, to the phone call I made to talk over everything. I would definitely recommend!!

I spoke with Brett over the phone on Friday, May 17, 2024. It was late afternoon and I had just returned to my Duluth home from picking up my car from Kari. On the way home, the warning signal came on and the message on my center consul read: “Low Oil Pressure. Get off the road and turn off engine immediately. Call your dealer.” Very dissatisfied, I called Brett right away. After adding engine oil, I am bringing my car back to Kari on Monday, May 20. As usual, Brett was professional and handled conversation well.
