I’m really happy with everything. But there is one thing and it’s happen twice. When it came out there was some black hard something on my hood. I noticed it when I got home. I had to use bug and tar remover on it. It was hard to get off. This happened once before with my 2021 platinum Hylander. Don’t know what it was but I’m telling you now because it’s the second time. I’m not mad the service was awesome. Just letting you know.

I thought the charge was too high for the work done. A $15/hr employee would have to work all day to pay for a code reading, please consider the money squeeze many are experiencing. As you can see by my mileage, Anew Camry is in the plan as well as one for my hubby, we will be shopping elsewhere because of and extra $60 charge. Thank you.

I’m not dissatisfied with the technician who worked on my car. I’m dissatisfied with the service advisor. There was miscommunication about the condition of my car. I came to Kari expecting to drive my car but found the car was in fact not drivable -totaled- due to rodent damage to the car’s main wiring harness. I had to leave the car there until could arrange to have it hauled to a salvage yard.

I had appointment at 11 am and I was there at the time. They made me wait 1 hour and then started to work on my car. I reviewed my car after 1.5 hours. It was terrible experience for me with Kari Toyota Superior Wisconsin. I won’t definitely work with Kari Toyota again. I would rather work with Kolar Toyata or drive to Minneapolis!
