When the appointment was made we never indicated we would just be dropping off the vehicle. Arrived by 9:30 for the set appointment and said I would be waiting for my vehicle. After 2 1/2 hours of no communication from anyone about the vehicle, decided to leave. My vehicle was never looked at in those 2 1/2 hours. Disappointed.
