I like that there's an app with links to the report, but there needs to be more clarification on reported issues and solutions. Like tire cupping... What is that? Was it seen on my tires or just something you recommend be checked? Cant imagine that it couldn't be checked during a tire rotation. Was the engine and cabin air filter actually visually inspected or is it just bc you don't have a record of it being changed in a certain time period? Same goes for the wipers. Without actual photos and comments saying we visually inspected, this just seems like unnecessary upsales. If it is visually inspected I would like a photo and a phone call so it can be addressed in the moment while it's convenient to the technician and not have to arrange for a separate service. I also did not see anywhere where the oil change and tire rotation was addressed, which is why the vehicle was in the shop to be serviced. Perhaps this is mentioned on a separate report that haven't seen. I also was never told the payment amount when I paid over the phone. Basically this all comes down to one thing... I expect better communication and I know you guys can deliver it :)

Brought van in for recall repair. Did not have part to fix altho this was scheduled. Received part the following day and was notified after I had arranged a ride to The Dalles. Left van for 2 nights and had to rearrange another ride for Friday as I could not pick up on Thursday. Appreciated the ride back to HR after drop off. Thank you.

I waited 15 minutes at the service desk for someone to help me. People were walking by, but only after 10 minutes did someone stop and ask if I had been helped. He said he would get someone. After 5 minutes 2 people showed up at the same time. Prior to that I tried to call several times to make an appointment but no one ever answered, I left a message but after more than a week no one returned my call. I finally stopped by the store and made an appointment in person.
