There was too much confusion over my warranties. I had a service warranty for work previously done on my vehicle, plus I had an extended warranty that Ford should have known about. I was billed for parties and labor that I was already covered for. Also, I’m not sure Ford checked the carfax on my vehicle at first to understand the history of my vehicle issues.
The service manager finally made the right calls and made everything right regarding my warranties and a correction on my bills. I feel that should have been done first by Sid. It caused me stress and loss of trust in the Ford dealership. Mike B

They did not fix a thing an charged me over $200 for the diagnostiese for Warrenty work, also charged me over $300 to change my fuel filter, are you serious, a fuel filter for chi%#@ sakes . Takes about 5 minutes to perform this task. Not impressed what so ever.. sincerly Eddie M

Was sent an estimate on Tuesday for $447 to change serpentine belt and tensioner. When I got to the appt and went to pay it was $622. There was an extra hour of labor cost added to bill from original estimate. I questioned this because I had taken a picture of estimate and was not happy. Aaron did correct the overcharged price. He seemed put out that I asked for my old parts back also saying "I don't know why you'd want a broken tensioner back" ( it was not broken I was having maintenance done and he recommended I have it changed)
