I made an appointment to come in and have a recall done on my vehicle. I came in at 9am and was told it would be 2 hours…. 2 hours passed and I questioned how much longer, was told they waiting on part. Why not have the part there, knowing I’m coming? Long story short… I didn’t leave until 3pm. I even asked for a loaner car to just be able to leave the property to get food. Nope!!!! My entire day wasted!!!!!! When it was supposed to take 2 hours! Very very poor customer service. Terrible experience!! Do better please. Very disappointing

As soon as I left maybe 100 yards of travel time the advanctrac light came back on which is one of the main reasons the truck came in. I paid nearly 1000 dollars and the truck spent 2 weeks in the shop after its scheduled appointment day It’s just frustrating

I don’t know if there is a tier type of system or how your service department works or what I was suppose to ask but I went on the ford app and it gave me some of the things that are supposed to be checked at a certain mileage, went in told the gentleman that i needed an oil change and the every thing that needed to be checked, he said ok took my keys and then got called that it was done. Here I was thinking I was going to get details on what they saw, but nope nothing just pay and on your way, who knows if my water separator got drains or if the filter got changed. But if it didn’t it’s not the dealerships problem is yours just pay and see ya. I honestly don’t think I will ever go back I rather drive 60 miles and perhaps I get some decent service. Will not ever refer anyone to The dalles for sure. It’s a bummer. Seems like a good dealership and maybe it is and I am just jumping the gun who knows. Thanks
