I called in the morning of June 5th to see if I could bring my vehicle on as the ‘tire pressure’ warning light came on as I was driving to work. I was told to stop by the service department after 1pm and they would take a look at my tires. They did discover a nail in the left back rear tire. The repair was done. I appreciate the service.

The service writer was phenomenal and I couldn’t be happier with that portion of the experience…my only criticism would be attention to detail by the tech. Upon pick up, there was a substantial coolant leak (which, again, Jackson got taken care of as quickly as possible-thank you!). When I got the vehicle home and checked it over I found another coolant leak from a different hose that wasn’t seated correctly into the compression clamp. Also, the air filter and cabin air filter were filthy. The oil was 2 qts overfull on dipstick, the coolant reservoir was not topped off, the skid plate was missing bolts and about to fall off, and the transmission fluid was very dirty and the tire pressures were all off. I would have expected those items to be checked over during the inspection.
So 10/10 for Jackson, maybe some retraining opportunities for the tech. But overall I would never complain if not asked for feedback because I can’t believe the phenomenal warranty on the motor. That saved me a ton of heartache!! Thank you!!!

I came in for a tire rotation- my TPM alert was not on when I arrived however it was when I left. I called and asked why that wasn’t check when the vehicle was in and was told “sometimes those guys get busy”.

You should consider allowing the customer a few minutes with the Volvo technician when the service is complete. In my case there was a noise that I had identified while I was driving, 2021 XC90, during the last 800 miles on our last road trip. Jackson dismissed my claim and said it was against policy for me to speak to the technician. Jackson said the vehicle was driven by the technician and nothing could be identified, that maybe it was too windy and it prevented the technician from hearing the noise. Same noise I have been hearing during said 800 mile trip across Minnesota and South Dakota in very windy conditions. I am disappointed in the outcome of the visit. Not the same experience we use to have when Ken Alpin was the Volvo Technician. I didn’t just walk in off the street, my wife and I have had several Volvos with your dealership over the past 40 years. Thank you, Will and Jamie Banks.

I had to take a whole day of PTO and drive two hours each way just to get an assessment on my vehicle, which I understand and have no problem with. What I have a problem with is that I was told parts needed to be ordered and would be that following Monday. I was told that it would take 5 days for the parts to get in, which I was ok with. I was in on April 28th and have heard absolutely nothing back from you guys in over a month. I have called several times, getting transferred and have never once been able to talk to anybody in the service department. I have even left messages with zero returned phone calls. This is unacceptable. We are in the market for another vehicle for our 15 year old who just got his license and when I was waiting for my car on the 28th I walked around your lot and found a couple of vehicles that would have been perfect for him, but after this experience I have no desire to buy anything from you guys. This is unacceptable at best.

The service was awesome, as always. I know we used non-Volkswagen coolant to fill our leaking tank, but it was a holiday and we had no other choice given that our engine was basically empty of coolant. We had a three year old child who needed to nap and we were stuck in a remote area when it happened. I don’t think we should have to pay for a flush, but if we do, I understand. I feel much more appreciated and respected at the Underinner dealership than anywhere else. The service is prompt and honest, and there is no fault at all with your wonderful staff. We just don’t believe it is fair to pay for a flush when we had no other options in a relatively dire situation. Thanks for asking.
