I am more than satisfied. We had our Hyundai in a couple years back for a warranty A/C problem. Just the other day I noticed it was doing the same thing ..and blowing cool but not cold air. I wasn't too worried as I had ola paper work and had an extended warranty. I was so surprised when Josh called and said that the previous tech had done something wrong and they got everything taken care of and there was no charge at all. To error in favor of the customer and take responsibility for this error just amazed me. That's CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST. We came all the way from Great Falls because I trust this place and now even more so. The next vehicle we get when we start looking will be from UNDERRINER HYUNDAI. I heard the service personnel talking about me. I don't know if they nee I could hear them talking or if they didn't care. I was told they couldn't get thru to the warranty company and that my warranty had expired. I was told that alot of these warranties aren't very good and I should go over it with a fine tooth comb. I drove 200 miles and didn't my car looked at. I have purchased 3 NEW cars and 1 used from underrhiner. This car was not purchased there is that why it was poor customer service?

I don't trust people with my car because I have had them forget stuff a lot. But I found Jackson and whoever worked on my vehicle superior to what I have had in the past. It was a pleasant surprise also that they washed it also!!!! Not only there was that but a mechanic came in and filled the water bottles and gave me one without asking. I'm beyond impressed and will be recommending you guys. Thank u
