This appt was scheduled weeks in advance for a parts recall. Which they did not have and he service was not able to be completed. They said they’d get in touch w me when the parts arrived… this was weeks ago and I still have not heard anything about the parts coming in or when to bring my car back in for the recalled service.

Too long chain of command! Lots of phone calls to find out what was really the trouble. Women were put on the initial phone calls and had to refer to the men to get more information. Would like to have shortened all of the phone calls by talking to the manager. Stayed over a second night in 2 hotel rooms to “pick up car in the morning” to find it had another major problem and had to leave car again for ordering parts and repair. Jackson seem to know what he was doing and happy to communicate with him. Was a very costly ordeal separate from the car cost. Thank you for taking $150 off for the part I had already paid for from the Previous visor repair that we had already paid in full of over $200 plus (I gave you the paid bill for the part you got freely in buying out the other VW garage. ). It was not a smooth ride dealing with your committee of VW service staff. Everyone is pleasant but it was an ordeal I hope to not repeat for a long long time. All because of one key fob!

Went in on a recall for airbag. Was fixed but upon leaving, somehow a brake line was ruined. You couldn’t fix it because you didn’t have the part. Gave us a loaner and a week later brakes were fixed, cost $280. Got the car and immediately a warning light came on about airbag not being OK. The very reason we went in the first place, they looked at it it and it was just something in the dash warning lights. Drove off and warning light came on again saying there was a problem with air bag, which is exactly the item you/they worked on. Of course we were very over driving back and forth from 130 miles away to deal with a repair that was as basic as it gets. I will never bring my vehicle again to have it worked on at Underriner!,

Mike as well as Jackson stated they would pick up the car next time to make the ease of service when the part is in easier. This new Volvo has. Ow been in the shop 4 times including on tow situation.

Been very impressed with the work ethic at your dealership. My car had some serious problems, those were fixed so well that another set of issues popped up, there again problems resolved. The one thing I did not count on was the time for replacing oxygen sensor. Keep fingers crossed. So far so good. I appreciate the concern shown to make sure my car was fixed properly.

Service was very poor, was not satisfied with the service I wanted. My car ran good and smooth with zero complications and thought I would get a tune up to help extend my cars life and performance, but instead did the opposite once we got our car back it ran rough with check engine light on and told us it was ignition coil was bad but of it was bad and misfiring before I would think it would have appeared before and ran rough also. And the coils and spark plugs are related and that the ignition coil spark the spark plugs so if it was bad I would assume we would have noticed and had tbe misfire and check engine light on before tune up. But was told nope not your guys fault but I think other wise and it would have been good if we were made aware of the problem right away instead of after everything was done and car was ready to pick up, I know own most places let you know and ask if we would like it fixed or not. So that also makes me think that it was shops fault and didn't want us knowing till after everything was done and service was closing.
