I was apprehensive about having my Jetta taken down in order to change the timing belt- especially when it runs so great. I just now drove it home to Joliet and very pleased that it ran just like it always has. Great job and a thumbs up ???? to the master technician who performed the work. Thanks to Josh for keeping me updated; always polite and professional.

1. Took way too long for an oil change. 2. Did not call me in a timely matter when it was finished 3. They pinched the oil filter gasket causing it to leak oil out on to the ground and they are lucky I caught it or it would have drained the oil and blown up my car on the way home. If it wasn’t for warranty purposes I’d never come back to underriner
