Had my car for 3 weeks. All communication was iniated by me. No one could explain what was wrong with it. Was told all the parts were in. Then the next week when I called they told me that they just got all the parts in that day so I was lied to the week before. Would not explain to me what was done when I picked it up. He said we just turned it over to Hyundai warranty. I asked if they checked the sensors because I did not have a warning about low coolant. He said oh you know those new cars will do that sometimes. Car was not washes or vacuumed out. Very disappointed with everything over the course of 3 weeks.

They ordered a part for the vehicle and when I asked for a status update on part delivery I was told you guys didn’t know and the part was possibly delayed for delivery. I took my vehicle someone else and was forced to tow it elsewhere to be fixed. Thank you for nothing.

The vehicle broke down completely within less than an hour of pick up. Prior to this, the estimate for the repair was quoted at less than half the actual cost. Upon pickup I had to wait over 15 minutes to be acknowledged.

The service took over 90 minutes which was supposed to be the max time needed. I had to find someone just to get a status on my vehicle only to find out it was done but no one told me. I was also told that I would get a car wash but that didn't happen. The staff was very nice but service was subpar.
