I purchased my car new from Rimrock Kia and Volkswagen. It was time for the second oil change and was told by Rimrock that Underriner’s had taken over the VW dealership and to contact them for a maintenance and recall appointment. It was 3 weeks before they could get my car in, which I feel was quite a while out for an oil change. I assumed maybe it was because of the recall. I have been receiving coupons from Rimrock Kia for numerous services. When I took my car in I was told it would take a couple of hours for the appointment. One of the coupons I had was for a tire rotation and I asked Jackson if I could use it. He told me no as they were not honoring those coupons and that it was not part of the oil change service. If I wanted my tires rotated it would cost $20. I told him that it previously was part of my oil changes and that it needed to be done do go ahead and have them do it. After 2 1/2 hours the appointment was done and I paid for the tire rotation with a $20 bill. Jackson placed the $20 bill on the counter with his copy of the service papers. He then said he would take me out to my car and gave me a copy of the service papers and my keys. It was not until I got home that I realized that I did not have a receipt for my payment.
