I had a scheduled oil change and it took 2 hours (quoted me an hour when I dropped it off). Seems a little ridiculous for an oil change.

What has happened to your service department? Usually great service but Yesterday really bad. Came in for oil change but told the battery was bad. (It’s a brand new 100 month battery). They were ready to check me out and Send me on my way. Then he said he would put it on a trickle charger so they took it back in for another 45 minutes and there after suggested I put it on a trickle charger in the evenings. I have no idea if the battery is good or bad and I wasn’t the only unhappy customer as some cars were getting washed and others were not. When I came back and noted no wash Johnathan said he would take it back in a third time. At this point I just took it to the Wave because I didn’t trust I wouldn’t be there another 45 minutes. It’s gotta improve or I’m gone!

Poor communication from the service team from the day we dropped our vehicle off on Nov 30, 2023. We had to continually call to get updates and when told our vehicle would be ready on a certain day (2 1/2 mo. later) it wasn't and no one called us.

A recall was "fixed" on my van, immediately after that, the sliding doors quit working. I have no doubt that they were unhooked somehow during the process. Underiner Honda took no responsibility for that. They gave me a loaner car while they were trying to find the problem, a deer ran in front of the car and I hit it. My insurance had to pay for it. Long story short, this problem caused me to miss several days of work, and cost my a lot of money for a deductible and gas (I live 210 miles from Billings). I'm not happy with their service or the results. I will never buy another Honda, and plan on trading this van ASAP. It has caused me so much anxiety and stress. I will never recommend Honda to anyone.

Difficult to get someone to answer phone when going thru switch board. It just leeps rolling over in the service dapt. Using the main number I ended up call ten times in one week.
