I was told you wanted to keep the vehicle overnight. Then service would test drive and check again for leaks. I had asked if a loaner was available as one we used when the motor was re ringed. I told the service advisor I could not stay another night in Billings. I requested reimbursement if I was to catch a flight from Glasgow to Billings to pickup the repaired vehicle. I was told the Supervisor would not be available until noon today to get an answer. I did not get a phone call. I will need to take another day off work any way I look at it. After I left for Glasgow to return home. I received a phone call telling me my vehicle was ready to go. 1 1/2 hrs earlier I was told it needed to sit overnight. I was not going to drive back to Billings at that time. I hope you can understand my frustration with that phone call. When the vehicle was in for the re ring job I had to change plans when I was told when it would be ready for pickup. If you have a few min tomorrow would you give me a call. ****-****-xxxx. Thanks. Very frustrating trying to call in to talk with service, the rest of the experience with service was good! Called 6 or 7 times in one day to try to get a update on issues, drove in 40 miles to talk to someone! That was very frustrating!

The owner and scott where very nice but the service underrighter dropped the ball over and over again. I will not return due to the lack of comunication and slow service. 4 days and iol change was not completed, simple diagnostic took 4 days and one other diagnostic wasnt even performed. Will to pau the premium ship rate but service was very subpar. I will not recommending or using this shop

The woman at the desk who waited on me (Cheryl)? was wonderful! She was kind and respectful and even washed my car at the end of the oil change when it was brought out still dirty. But this made me wonder what else the service guys may have decided not to do. I didn't get a sticker on my front windshield saying when/at what mileage I should come back (for the second oil change in a row). The service guys indicated that my cabin air filter is fine, but in the past they told me it was dirty and needed replacing, but I've never replaced it. So now it's clean? My confidence in your service is waning. I still need to look under the hood and check, as much as I'm able, to see if the fluid levels are ok like they indicated.

I came to Underriner without an appointment on a very busy day. You were very kind to work my car in since my 12 volt battery was dead. As it turned out I also needed an alignment and some filters changed. So I was very happy with the service and glad to have my car back!

Not sure if it was your new system for calculations bills but it took me asking about charges to get at the real amount. I don't trust your service department and will be having my 2008 Honda Fit serviced at a different location moving forward. Will not reccomend them to anyone

Paul Domina was my salesperson and did an excellent job of pointing out the features on the Volvo I bought right out of the showroom. I feel I got a fair trade-in value for my Honda CRV. Paul was very patient and took plenty of time to get me set up with the Volvo. I am extremely pleased with the whole encounter and the new car!
