No one knew if I had power steering fluid in my vec only the woman said it was all electric I even had a mechanic come out and look and they did not know makes me wonder what are these workers doing they don’t know there and when I went into the sales dept and asked if I cold get a broached on a hrv she said she was not shure if I could get one and did not know if I Gould get one

I had my car there for a service the day before I started having issues wit the battery . Brought the car back and was told my battery was completely corroded and was charged $45 to clean it and ended up needing a new battery, which took 2 days to figure out.

Easily worst customer service I have ever had. Honda had my car for 4 days. They didn't look at it until the 3rd day. I called repeatedly over 4 days and could NEVER get through to the service dept. Until after 5pm. So I did not know what was going on...if I needed a rental...etc etc. When they finally called to tell me the car was done ...the paperwork said they couldn't figure it out. I was told to go to another shop. When I paid my bill Cheryl told me my car was parked in front. It was not. I had to take my sick kids and trudge all over the lot until I finally found it dirty with plastic on the seats parked far from where I was told it was. I have gone to Honda and bought ALL my cars from Joe scheffelman for the past 33 years. I am done. This is the worst service I have had in any capacity by anyone. What happened to Honda? This place simply went down the crapper.

I’ve been a customer at Selover/Underriner Honda since the late 80s and Joe Scheffelman has been my salesman all these years. I’ve never had complaints or been disappointed and I think today was just a fluke. My appt.
For service today was at 10.00 and it was way after 11:00 when it was finished. I can’t remember exact time. The poor man at the desk had a mixup on people’s ’ paperwork and had told me I had $190 worth of work to be done on brake fluid that would not be covered on my less-than-a-year-old-leased Passport. Anyway it all got straightened out. This isn’t a big deal.
Please don’t yell at anyone. And please correct spelling of my name in your records. It’s been fine for yrs and I don’t know when misspelling popped up.
It’s Burgdorfer not Bergdorfer. Thanks
