First of all, as for Cheryl. She is a top of the line person, I am completely satisfied with every aspect of dealing with her. This is perhaps a trivial matter which Cheryl explained was likely due to a computer issue. I was having door bumper guards installed which were ordered 6 months ago when I purchased my new vehicle. I had been calling every few weeks to see if they had come in. The last time I called I was told that they had been in for some time. It seems it should be your **** to inform the customer, not the customers obligation to have to keep checking. This together with the difficulty of getting my Honda serviced when on the road from another Honda dealer leaves me wondering what the future holds if more serious issues come up.

My husband brought my Honda in for an oil change at 1:20. He dropped me off at Hobby Lobby to shop. After an hour I checked out thinking he’d be along to pick me up. After TWO hours, I texted him asking what’s taking so long. Turns out the mechanic also wanted to change out the air filter and cabin filter but never showed the old ones to my husband. Instead of a $70 oil change I was expecting, I had a $189.00 bill. Ridiculous considering how cheap I can buy parts on my own. We’ve bought 5-6 cars from Underriners but I will not continue to have my Honda serviced there.
