Cheryl was very lovely and answered all of my questions! My frustration came with the delay in my service and lack of communication. Cheryl explained everything and I will happily drop my car off to be served next week.

I have brought my car in multiple times with the same complaint, all the warnings are seeing off. I spent over $14k total in trying to repair it. I paid underriner over $8k to replace my engine and get the warning lights off. It didn't even last two months. I brought it back and was told it wasn't part of the warranty for the new engine even though it's the same issue but a little different symptoms. I took it somewhere else IMMEDIATELY after it was fixed and they said our was already throwing error codes again. I hadn't even driven it one mile. I followed up with a call on a Friday to express how upset I was, and the lady said the service manager wasn't there. No surprise. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone in service. She took my name and number and said he would call Monday. He did not. Every repair I've received from a Honda dealership including underriner was subpar. The only positive part of my experience was working with Cheryl. At least she does what she can to help the customer feel taken care of.

Upon arrival I waited about five minutes before I was even spoken to. The lady that helped me was on the phone but at least six others walked by and no one spoke to me.
There was an oil service and two recall items. They estimated four hours to complete and after six hours, almost the end of the day I’d heard nothing so I called and was told to come any time.

Cheryl was absolutely wonderful to work with and very understanding. I appreciate her so much, and could tell she genuinely cares about her customers.
The main frustration was that we paid for a new battery without the battery being the actual issue. That left us with little confidence in your shop's diagnostics process, and now we need to take my vehicle to a different shop to start the process over.

I had a scheduled appointment at 9:00 for a recall issue. I checked in at 8:55. I received a text stating that my vehicle check in was complete. I was told the service would take 3 hrs. I tried calling the service center around 1:00 no one answered, finally was able to leave a message. I texted the service center at 1:30 asking for an update. They responded about an hour later stating the service team hoped to be done in the next few hours. I finally got my vehicle at 3:45.

Once Cheryl was done with her client she then helped me. Even though I had an apt there was know where to pull up or park waited atleast mins before I was waited on!
