There were recommendations for servicing my vehicle. I was informed after my oil change was completed. Would of been nice if they asked if I wanted the recommended service done on same day.

It seems there was mis communication with my visit. I thought the purpose of my visit was for service which included the recommendations from my previous service.
Why would the car be returned to me with the light on indicating my need for the 5000 mile service?
Bob Smith Toyota has always been so efficient and organized. I was really disappointed.
Also, text messages are sent but the responses are obviously not read. I replied to the text message indicating I would need a pick up along with my address, yet when I was called about my car being ready I was asked if I needed a ride. When I said yes, I was told I would be contacted by the invoicing staff to set it up. No one called so I in turn had to call requesting a ride.
After picking up my car and driving home I noticed the light still on indicating service. I called and I was politely told to make another appointment and there was an apology….but I’m busy and not able to get back there for at least 3 weeks.
There was miscommunication and I hope next time it’s better organized.
