I came in for regular service late in the day (after 2). Patrick ”took me in” and was able to have the mechanics do the routine maintenance AND make some additional repairs that they discovered through the inspection. He said it would take about 90 minutes or so and that was pretty accurate. I’ve been pleased with both Patrick and Hank. THX!

I brought my Prius in. Because the antifreeze was disappearing. I had to add more every time I drove it about 150 miles. I could see the steam. Coming out of the exhaust. Every time I would give it gas to pass some. While doing a lane change. So I have to see if it is still happening

Was a really bad experience from start to finish and the situation was handled extremely unprofessionally. I have been coming to get my car service multiple times and have not had any issues prior to this. Due to the miscommunication and mistakes made by everyone that I’ve encountered I have had to come in twice and will have to go in for another service. Please make sure to rectify the communication done by everyone so customers do not have to pay for the inconvenience caused due to employee mistakes.
