Mr. Cabral was all that is courteous. The scheduled maintenance was done timely, and I know was done well, for Mr. Cabral informed me that 2 filters could use replacement and that these would not be covered as part of the maintenance. I was glad to know about this and asked they be replaced. This was also done expeditiously. Bob Smith provides good service. Thank you.
