Greg was easy to deal with. However, I will need to bring my Sequoia back tomorrow to have an issue looked at and fixed properly. Tthe technician was rushing to get my vehicle repair/servicing done by closing at 5pm and there is still an issue with the rear hatch key lock & handle section on my Sequioa. It seems like it wasn’t put back together correctly, so the key lock moves when inserting the key. Also, the trim piece around the key lock doesn’t sit flush as it should. It seems that the key lock is behind the trim piece, but rather should be through the hole in the trim peace instead to help hold it secure.
