My only comment is I have another car (German make) and that dealership washes the car when I take it in for service. It would appreciate that happening when service work is done upwards of $100.

I have been taking my car to Bob smith Toyota for oil changes for 10 years. Noting has changed with my vehicle since my last oils change about 1 year ago. Today I took the day off work to get the same routine done. Jaime told me that they can’t get my car on the lift for some reason. The car is not dropped or anything. I told him I have been coming for years and wasn’t no help!!!!! He denied my service and didn’t help me at all! He told me he couldn’t anything about it! After years taking my car there when John would take care of me I get this terrible service! Looks like you lost a loyal customer!!!!!!!!!!
