I brought my car to be serviced using the AAA car care service package of $69.00 I was charged $92.74! I had a appointment for 10:15am, I bought the car in at that time, as I not not heard from you by 4:30pm, I drove down, and was told the the mechanic and the service writer had gone home, and we’re unavailable. Being both overcharged for service and being left uninformed about that service, has convinced me to buy the new crown and have it serviced anywhere else.
I’m a very unsatisfied customer, to say the least!

customer. When I walked through and saw the waiting area people were there reading or watching TV. The atmosphere was light and welcoming. Even the gentleman who put plastic on the car seat was nice, welcoming, courteous and had a great smile. I like this place and I’m thankful I sold my 22 Mirai and have a 21 RAV4 Prime that I can take for service here. And Hank knew off the top of his head when my next major service would be. I’ll be coming back for all services here. Thank you!
