I wish I was informed by my technician within the two hour period they said it would take to figure out what was or wasn’t wrong with my tire (causing the dashboard light to say losing air). After 3 hours, I called to find out and surprised to find out my car was ready for pickup.

It was great working with Jaime. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions to the best of his ability (this is because the car had not been inspected yet). I never felt like I was being spoken down to.
Shout out to the maintenance team. The car runs smooth, and better than in all the years that I have had my car.
Shoutout to Ara too! When I arrived to pick up my car I remembered an issues that I forgot to mention to Jaime. I informed Ara about it. He said that he’d make sure he’d have the maintenance team review my concern.
