I was told my car is ready.
I arrived at 4:45 and saw my car in the repair shop. Hood up and no one knows what is going on.
I was unable to pick up my car. I havecto go back tomorrow. I ended up having no car. Very unhappy with your what u call “service”

I got another Rav4 Prime lease. Right off the bat there are problems with the 2024 model that my 2022 didn't have. The car swerves on its own when the road terrain changes. Though I have disabled all the lane assist features, I still get the alarm if I get near a lane line. The phone audio regularly skips connected via usb, or bluetooth.
after service, I was told for all these items are "working as designed".
