Greg Bakalyan is a good Service Employee! It just seems that as Bob Smith moves more and more to electronic communication, through multiple emails and even while I am sitting in the Waiting Room, it is becoming more challenging to get simple, clear, and timely information.
I’m still committed to Bob Smith Toyota. However I just spent $1100+ on new tires today - with approximately an additional $1000 recommended for replacing Filters as soon as possible - which is waaaay more than I’ve ever spent on keeping my otherwise ‘in good shape’ cars running.

I responded via my phone, Safari browser, and the declined service was clearly deactivated in the screen before I submitted the form.

Greg was very helpful. There was a recommendation to do something with the E brake not suppose to go all the way up. When I arrived to my truck the e brake was at the max height. It was hard to disengage the E brake. If there is an issue with the e brake why would the technician pull it all the way up if there’s already issues with it. That didn’t make sense to me, I felt as they were trying to make it worse. I’ve always had a good experience with bob smith but this time I don’t know.
