I was told to power wash the underside of my car before it can be determined if the squeaky leaf spring service announcement fix could be done. At least tell me if my platinum warranty would cover the fix. I understand city regs prohibit washing cars but this is part of a mechanical fix and not a courtesy in my view. It's challenging to keep coming back due to time constraints on my end. Thank you for your time and survey.

Pat rxplained exactly what they were going to work on today. My car was was ready for pick up much quicker than the estimate he gave and when I got there for pick up Pat went through the completed work and what to be prepared for on the next visit. Excellent customer service!
