To be honest, after my last 2 previous visits, I was seriously considering going someplace else for service. Greg turned that around. He was friendly, informative and personable. He even remembered my name when I was picking up my vehicle. Bob Smith is lucky to have Greg on their team.
My experience was only hampered by the back office ladies (cashiers).
If they showed an ounce of Greg’s enthusiasm…you would have an upstanding group of employees.
