I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up twice both times things have not been hooked back up in my car nothing calibrated to the new computer system they put in or the fuel pressure sensor, smoke rolling from under my hood as well as greasy mechanic fingerprints all over my dashboard. Trunk not opening, gas latch, not opening and now I have no turn signals.. I also dropped my vehicle off with half a tank of gas and when I picked it up, I had 0 miles range so my car was literally on fumes. I’m not sure what happened to my half tank of gas.

Toyota is one of the few places where you can still get excellent customer service. I've always owned Toyotas and started my kids on Toyotas too and I've never had a bad experience at any Toyota service center. Today was no exception.
