- charged undisclosed 3% fee at checkout
- charged for "recommended" fuel cap without option to decline. From what I can tell, this is not recommended by the Toyota manual, but by Lewis Toyota.

Was told tech spilled oil on part of engine. Got home had oil leak on driveway and oil leaking on garage floor. Taking it back hopefully to have it engine powered wash. Normally great service! This time not so much. Hopefully power wash on Engine cleans it up. I can clean up oil in garage and driveway. You have done all maintenance on this vehicle in Topeka. Only other maintenance has been with Toyota dealership in Tucson.
