Beth really is the best! With review of all the previous times she has worked with me, I have come to realize she is the only service member that I have never ran into issues with. She is always great at keeping me updated if there are issues or delays. I am also never there for HOURS when she has been my service rep and she also knows her stuff. Honestly from here on out, I will probably only request to work with her. I have seen lots of different faces in that office over the last few years.... she has clearly been doing something right.

For starters, I was there for my 20,000 service and had also called up earlier in the week about having my windshield looked at for corrections or replacements as had three cracks and we had purchased all of the extra protections when we bought my vehicle. I live an hour and a half away so have no other option but to stay and wait for it to be done. After two hours of waiting I went and asked if it was almost done and was told that they were working on a recall with the engine ( that I knew nothing about) and may need to keep it overnight. I let them know that nobody had said anything about that and they needed to hold off on doing this as like I said, I live an hour and a half away and have no ride home. I was then told that they were working on the windshield. Fast forward almost an hour later and after asking again was told that it was done. I was told I would have to schedule for the recall and would need to bring it back leave my car all day as it is a new update and they didn’t know how it would go. I got my keys and went to my car to see one of the three cracks had went from a tiny crack to a 1.5” crack and apparently nobody thought to communicate that this had happened?? Really, I get if it is made worse, but you were just going to try and get me out without me noticing and not say anything about it . I also had a nice oily rag in my front passenger seat and the passenger seat was laid clear back, mind you, none of the cracks were on that side of the car. I am not sure if someone enjoyed a nice three hour nap or what. Needless to say, I went back in to the service center with the oily rag in tow to make it known of my disappointment in the job and lack of communication about the windshield being worse than when I came . After follow up, I was told that they would order a new windshield and I would have to bring it back up and could just take care of it the day they fix the recall. Angry does not explain the feelings I had and still have. For one, I paid good money for extra services to my car. I feel ripped off as the hoops that one has to jump through to get anything fixed and the job that is done is unacceptable. I would be lying if I said I am worried that my windshield will even be replaced correctly, but what other choice do I have. I have had my car serviced with you for one year now and have had nothing but complaints . From the wait times to the lack of communication and poor service. When my second key fob was programmed, I was the Guinea pig as you had a new system and it took hours and again nobody communicated about this. It sounds like this engine recall reset will be much the same. I am a very patient person, but this is incredibly unacceptable . I will move forward with the windshield repair as i have too much time invested to start over with another dealer, but I will likely look to another dealer for all of my future needs as this is strike 4 for me. I did request for a loaner vehicle for when this occurs and I sure hope this is a smoother process than all of my previous experiences. Do better!

I just had three vehicles serviced and each one had remnants of oily/greasy marks on the door and the reminder tag on my 1998 window was smeared. Not good

I waited an hour while a new tire was installed only to be told it was the wrong size and you didn't have the correct one. Once you installed the correct size, I was given a bill for it. I had to point out that it was under warranty

I told the lady on the phone I did not want the tires rotated and they did it anyway and tried to charge me for it . I had just had it done at the tire store not too long ago.

I understand waiting 2 hours for an oil change when it’s busy but when it’s not very busy I find it werid that it’s taking 2 hours for just an oil change. Wait time should definitely be shorter.
