I will not do any more business with Lewis Toyota. I would discuss this matter with your service tech and service manger, Scott and Steve they should be able to give you all the details of my experience since I voiced to them about my 4 hour day for an oil change. I will also express to people I know and work with about my experience at your business. NO THANKS to coming back to your business!!!!

This is the second time I have brought my vehicle in for service and the wiper fluid was empty and it wasn’t topped off. I hate to complain about something so small but I have had a few other not great service appointments and it’s just really frustrating after spending so much on a brand new vehicle and to have the service lack. I’m not sure if the recall was fixed on my car as there is no note of it on any of my paperwork. I didn’t get the usual paperwork I would get for the tire tread checks and whatever else is included in the inspection. Just disappointing again and makes me feel uneasy bringing it back

Misleading pricing on your website compared to the actual billed amount After jacking up the price they didn’t even reset the maintenance required warning on the dash display. Very disappointing. Was planning on purchasing new RAV4 next spring but go to another dealer. This is not the first bad experience with this service department

Paid over $300 for a service agreement a few months back. Was told wasn't in the computer system. Lucky for me I brought receipt from when I paid or would have been forced to pay.That right there questions your service department to follow through on things. Was also told would have follow up on this matter today, Did I get a call, nope....

Scott was great today. What was frustrating is that no body answered the phone when I called to make an appointment. I had to leave a message, and nobody called me back. So, I just showed up at the dealership because I needed a flat tire fixed and I had a limited amount of time to get it in to get fixed. Your service department is not like it used to be. This did not happen this time, but recently you charged us 3% to use a debit card!! Not a credit card, but a debit card. I have been disappointed in your service department lately. I am also tired of your service department ALWAYS trying to up-sell me on something. It tiring to tell them NO all the time. Stop taking advantage of your customers because you are going to loose them. Deb S

I bought a full set of tires at Toyota previously, which means I get balance & rotation free during oil changes. This is at least the 2nd, if not 3rd time I've been charged for it & had to call the dealership to get it corrected. It would be great if the person logging the charges would check that before I pay. Having to babysit the bill gets tedious.
