I had an appointment for 9:00. I arrived about 8:50. It took almost 2.5 hours. I finally had to go to the front desk and ask how much longer it would be. This seems to happen every time I bring my car in for an oil change. Everyone that was in the waiting room when I arrived left and everyone that came in after me left. I don’t understand why my car takes so long.

I do not need to be contacted because I wound up trading the Rav for a new vehicle this week. Regarding the service I assume the work to the car itself (oil, air filters, transmission) was all done appropriately…no reason to think otherwise BUT yet again the DCM electrical update that was supposed to have been done fixed nothing with the system so I wonder if it even was successful (Scott said the update supposedly done last time did not take and this time it was successful). Very frustrating there was never a solution to the electrical issues that I had brought it in multiple times for.
