I brought my RAV4 in, w/an appt for 1st servicing (5000 mi ) at 9:15 thus am. I was told the work would take about 90 mins, but that I would have the car back by noon or earlier. Around noon, I called three times and no one answered the phone! It was close to 12:30 when I got a call that the car. I think 3 hours is way longer than us ‘usual’ fir this servicing, & was puzzled about why your phone did t get answered…frankly not a good way to start a relationship w/your dealership.

I originally called te: cracked windshield and was supposed to get a call back. Never happened. Then I scheduled 8:30 service and left vehicle, expecting to get notice it was ready in at most a couple hours. I called at 11:40 and subsequently received a text assuring me it would be done within the hour. I arrived just over an hour later and still had to wait on paperwork. So it took over 4.5 hours for an oil change with no other feedback or comments.
