The last time I came in there was a big mix up with the shuttle driver and I wasn’t picked up at the correct time which caused me to miss an appointment. When I came in for my service yesterday, I was not charged. I appreciate Lewis Toyota taking care of their customers which is why I keep coming back.

Even though my appointment date was accidentally set to the wrong day the service team made sure to get my vehicle in for servicing. Service was completed quickly and all issues were addressed in a timely manner. Steve Ramer was polite and very professional.

It would’ve been appreciated to be told at check in that a text would come when the tech started my car and that everything in green on the report would show up before the tech even looked at the car. For example, I received the first text that had a report on my car but the tire rotation wasn’t checked as being fine. After asking about it she explained to me that the tech had just brought my car in but not gone thru it. It’s just confusing at first and more communication what to expect would’ve been more helpful. Car was done after the second text was received that service was completed.

Upon my arrival to have an oil change and request at the time to check my brakes for squeaking noise when applying brakes, however I do not believe that that was ever done. I do not see any evidence on the work order or video that show technicians, Removing all four tires to check where the squeak was coming from I believe there is an issue with my brakes shoes somewhere or at least one of them because I still hear the sound when I play brakes
