Your new phone system leaves a lot to be desired. Texts and videos are ok, I guess - however, a simple phone call works so much better. You havd taken the human element and personal touch out of it. That IS NOT a good thing.

Was surprised that the customer pays for the technician rags & supplies. I would have thought the company supplied them. I always have to wipe down the steering wheel, door handle, etc. so I guess the towels we pay for aren’t being used to remove dirt & grease from where the technician touches the vehicle. Service & staff was great.

I do not appreciate various settings being changed and not returned to my previous settings. I also notice that my hybrid batteries and fuel are depleted of their charge following your service. The service was completed in a timely manner today,
