Brought car in for Toyota care oil change and low tire. Tech found puncture near side wall. Need 4 tires. Left tire aired to 50 lb vs 37lb. I found my service contract for tires and appt to come in to get replaced. Next day they can't find the puncture where tech marked. We took it home and put garden hose where tech marked and saw bubbles. Clearly and easily found the hole. So frustrated. Now I'm bringing it back in to have them see the hole that was caught originally

If someone has a scheduled appointment - then the car should be on the rack at the appointment time I get it It’s hot But I scheduled an appointment for a reason I didn’t want to sit at the dealership for 1.5 hours I finally had to step outside the door and ask when my car was going to be done My car was just sitting there They were done
