The service writer was nice but not very knowledgeable of replacing a fuel pump and gas guard sensor. He guess the repair would only take an hour or 1.5 hours. I guessed the labor would be equal to the cost of parts which the parts dept had quoted. Needless my guesstimate was pretty close to the actual cost. I am also not impressed with Lewis Toyota charging for use of a credit card. Lastly two people directed me to find my vehicle east of the dealership. It was not there and was finally found in back of the building.

I was quoted $286.28 for a battery and air filters going in for a mini service. I usually wait till the battery dies then get a blem from interstate for about 1/2 that but said okay go ahead. The bill ended up at $424.07? I brought the difference up so they dropped it to $336.78. Still $50 more than the estimate I thought was high anyway?

Beth ALWAYS goes above and beyond when I bring my vehicle in.I felt disconnected when new management and service advisors were there, but Beth makes me feel confident in continuing to bring my vehicle in for service, versus going to somewhere closer (Wamego or Manhattan). Love dealing with Beth!!!

I called at 2:15 pm and told the lady who answered the phone that I needed to be picked up at 2:45 PM. I called back at 2:55 because the driver had not shown up and she said she told him to get me at 2:45. When the driver arrived at 3:25, he said he was told to get me at 3:45. I missed an appointment in Manhattan that cost me $100 because I did not cancel with 24 hours notice. By the time I got my car it was 3:40 and I would not have made the hour drive to Manhattan in time. I’ve had several problems with the service at Lewis in the past and at this point, I probably won’t go back.

3 hours for a flat tire repair is ridiculous unless someone advises me the wait is that long. It was 1 1/2 hours before you even looked at it. Then I walked outside for a bit came in and questioned another service guy, which I believe was the head department guy, when I came in about why the hood of my vehicle was up for a flat tire repair? He was going to check and come tell me then his great customer service shined when he never came to speak with me again. So 3 hours wait, never being updated or even told what was in my tire and poor customer service leaving me once again unhappy with Lewis Toyota. Don't blame it on the technicians this time. It's been poor way too long it is the management, the customer service reps in the department, the dirty waiting rooms, the never putting the air caps back on, not rotating my tires when I ask you to and much much more over the past couple years. Your service department has gone to ****!
