Charges were on the bill like tire rotation, they did not rotate the tires. I did have them remove the charge. Then asked me if I wanted them to update their report that the tires weren’t rotated after they put that they were rotated. I feel like the service dept needs to be thorough and ACCURATE with the services being provided and what was actually done. It makes me question if the services being provided are even being done correctly or half assed.

Actually, Beth was helpful by explaining alternative explanations to my questions. She gave me renewed confidence in Ray Brown and the Lewis Toyota service team.

Do not send me a text at 7:06 am!!!! I was charged for a tire rotation & I purchased the tires from you. Had to come in because I wrote a check & re write a check to you. You need to have a sign that says you charge a service fee if you charge.

Miss Beth did excellent in giving me great service with my truck. She was courteous, interested in giving me top quality service all around. The service did not take too long. I believe the tech did a great job also. I left him a tip . Wanted to give it to him personally but was told he had already clocked out. Very satisfied, thank you Clinton C

About 10 years ago one of the service advisors lied to me about the maintenance reminder light and also said they wouldn’t fix something under the certified Toyota used car warranty because I didn’t buy it from Lewis. He told me to take it back where I bought it to be serviced. I haven’t been back since then.
After dealing the current service staffing, I would likely return for future services.

Thank you so much1 This was my first time at Lewis Toyota for service on this car. I had a Yaris that I bought brand new in Overland Park in 2007. It was a great car and like an idiot I sold it and bought a Kia Sol, which is called thet because that's what it steals from you. I am so glad I'm back to another Yaris. Next time I'm in I wonder if I can get a new serpentine belt? This one makes lots of noise and I forgot to ask today. Thank you so much.

Not calling me back. Giving me the run around. I have extended warranty and the issue should have been taking care of with a deductible paid. Nope ive been paying out of pocket. Multiple people and dealerships have looked in to this and still no results. I pay for the warranties so why isn't this being taking care of.

It took 2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation….seriously!! And…I had purchased a ‘bundle’ of services before they did away with that program and it was to include tire rotation according to the little advertisement at the desk when purchased. This Beth person was pretty snarky when she informed me that she DID the rotation for free but wouldn’t be able to do it again because I didn’t buy my tires there. She also ‘reminded’ me that those bundles are no longer sold as though I was stealing when I purchased it before. That’s fine because unless I absolutely have to for warranty work, I will not be servicing my vehicle there anymore. I have had some great interactions in the past with Topeka Toyota but the services just take too long, is too expensive and if I’m going to be looked down on for shopping around to get the best deal on whatever I need (to keep my budget in line)—I guess you all don’t really need my business that badly. $1000 for brakes is also kinda ridiculous…hence why I shop around. She acted as though I smacked her when I told her my son (whom she does not know—has no idea his skill level) was going to do the brakes…it will cost me less than $150.

I was originally overcharged $400 because of not given the promotional deal pricing as originally quoted on a set of 4 new Michelin defender LTX M/S 2XL tires, plus I had written on the tire. I wanted to make the new spare tire and spoken to, as well as showed the check-in lady where I wrote on the tire with silver sharpie the old tire I wished to have swapped out for the current older spare tire, yet I discovered that had not been done after I inspected under the 4-runner after paying the corrected bill. It was now a couple minutes after 5 o’clock and the technician to work on my vehicle was gone, so they were going to find the tire I had written on to be my spare, and I was asked to return tomorrow to have that completed by the same technician. I also was charged $39.95 for an alignment check, but didn’t receive the printout for this, which should be automatic paperwork given to the customer as warranty proof, as well as for transparency purposes, so they are suppose to find and give me that paperwork as well tomorrow.
I’m also not overly impressed with three of the four new tires after observing 3 of the 4 appear to be worn on the outside to the point the raised Michelin Emblem is not raised to the touch, but instead smooth, as if it’s been rubbed against something vigorously. Is this a blemish on 3 of the 4 tires or are the tires not truly new? Regardless, “new” tires shouldn’t look worn anywhere and should look NEW.
