Ray was wonderful but the shuttle service was awful. Ray apologized over and over but I don’t think he had responsibility for the shuttle. Can’t remember the man's name . We were told it would be 2-3 hours. Shuttle driver drove us home at 11:45 am. At 2:30 someone texted car was ready and would pick us up to get the car back at Toyota. We waited and waited. I texted at least three times to see what the problem was finally at 4pm got picked up. I was very unhappy as we had to cancel an appt. At 4 pm. I will continue to use Toyota for service but I will never ever use that shuttle again. Driver didn’t have an explanation. I was very upset! Wasn’t Rays fault. He was as upset as I was when picked up the car.

Scott took the time to actually take me out and show me where the last mechanic (elsewhere) had made 3 mistakes that were highly visible. I felt so much better knowing why the temperature light came on-human error! I had a feeling. I appreciated being treated like a human being.

The technician who actually worked on my car left a panel off the back area which I had to put back on. Then, the panel to get to the battery compartment was shoved back and never put back in its place and the hatch wouldn’t close which my car gave an audible signal it wasn’t closed. Scott came out and took care of it since I didn’t have the strength to push it back as I had several things on top of it. I think the technician’s first name was Charles. When and if I bring it back for service, I will choose someone else.
