All good however the service invoice states bodywork by 3rd party. A pinhole and scratches on both front end doors (water stains and key scratches) prior to purchase from Lewis Toyota. A new headlight was added. I purchased the Corolla already damaged but at a premium price. The Corolla actually shines beautifully now with no outside damages due to previous owner. Lewis should have presented this car in restored condition before $34,000 which also included an unauthorized 7 year warranty paid by customer. Customers really should be advised they are buying that warranty. Really nasty cigarette burn in the seat too. Ouch on this purchase!

I had initially reached out to Marty Kane at Lewis Toyota, who helped me with my original purchase, stating I had concern about the dash tires warning light. I received an immediate response stating the service department would contact me. That call came quickly as well. I had a very short wait, with a complementary mocha coffee, while the tires were checked and aired, and the system reset. I was very pleased overall, and feel confident to be safely on the road again. Thank you,Lewis Toyota

I have always got great service and parts from Lewis, Toyota! The only thing I don’t like about dealer service is; when you look at the bill to find out what you paid for what, it’s impossible to tell! I’m not a stupid person, if you throw 3 or 4 prices at me for approval, I know pretty close where it will land in the ball field! So when I have to extend that by a couple hundred and have no way to justify this extra expense, that slides in under the shade tree! In short, your process lacks full disclosure and customer relations would be better if it improved. A customer finds happiness in the last 10 minutes!

The problem was fixed quickly - nail in tire. Thank you. However - was not provided any paperwork AND, most importantly, the sensor check was not done. The tire pressure warning system may be malfunctioning - but since it wasn't checked... I called back and was advised to bring the car back in to get it checked.

At no time was I told about a $100 deductible. I was given the impression that the replacement was completely covered under my warranty. The first time I was told there was a cost on my part was when the service was complete and I went to pick up my keys. Totally unacceptable. Yet another disappointing visit to your service center.

When I dropped off the vehicle, asked if I needed to do anything for 4 WD drive - which I thought I had. Tech (I think it was Ray) said he would check if the vehicle had that feature. Never received the answer. Never received a call about the service done on the vehicle or told when it was done. Never received a text on status. Never received the inspection report that was done. When I came back to check if I vehicle was done - it was - receptionist’s comments regarding my concern on no communication - text system must not have been working - sounded like it was no big deal not to communicate with customers .

Typically with an oil change and inspection I receive a report on the status of tires, brakes, etc….I did not receive a report. Additionally, my tire pressure was a little low when I took my car in and when I picked it up the tire pressure was the same so it makes me believe the inspection did not happen. When I dropped the car off I specifically asked for an update on the life of my tires, but nothing was shared. It is also incredibly frustrating to pay $95 for an oil change.
