Jesse was my savior! I had bought a new RAV4 hybrid at a different dealership and the Apple CarPlay never worked on it. I took it in twice to the other dealer, had multiple sessions with the Toyota Brand Engagement Center Reference #****-****-xxxx34, and many calls to Apple tech support. No one could help me and basically acted like it was my fault it didn’t work. I eventually tried pairings7 different iPhones . My iPhone worked fine in a rental. Jesse was the first person who actually listened and had them run diagnostics. Sure enough, the radio was faulty. He ordered a new one, and finally, 6 months after I drove my new car home, I finally have a working CarPlay. I was feeling bad about Toyota but thanks to Jesse, I’m finally a happy customer. I will buy my next car at Smart!

In doing the service, they totally failed to notice that the exhaust support brackets have rusted off, allowing the exhaust to rest and vibrate on the support beam. This should have been noticed when doing the work on the heat shield but also when the car was started up again.

In the past a service rep would talk to me about what needed to be done. I was given a cost estimate. This time it was really rushed. Talked to rep outside facility where it was hard to hear. No cost estimate. Not your usual kind of service appointment.

Greg went out of his way. He was sincere and kind and helped me figure out a way to both get a better price for my repair and not have to make multiple trips to the dealership, which goes a long way when you're a mom with two young kiddos at home. Gerg was wonderful. Period.
