I was asked if I wanted to change my air filter. The employee told me the cost of the air filter (about $55) and I agreed to have it changed at this price. When the service was completed and I received my bill, I saw the charge for the air filter (about $55) and a charge for the labor to install the filter (about $30). I was not aware this second labor charge (in addition to the labor charge for the oil change) would be incurred. I think the employee should either indicate both the parts cost and labor costs when soliciting more service OR there shouldn’t be additional labor costs.

I came in for a nail and a tire they said while you’re here do you want an oil change so I said OK they said it’d be at least an hour before they started after almost 2 hours. They said well you really don’t need an oil change and we can’t get you in for the tire until 120. They didn’t get me in until 220 and I got done at 10 to 4. It seems like they didn’t put me on the list for having a tire and needing done so while I was sitting there for an hour and a half a bunch of other people got on the list before me. I think it could be coordinated a lot better And I could’ve had it done at 1 PM

I realize now that it is best to come in mid-afternoon for express service as coming in at 6:30am resulted in waiting 3 and a half hours.
Good to know everything is in good shape for a long trip even after close to 200,000 miles on my Corolla.
