Temp was 38 when I picked up my car, I just assumed the car would be washed. The lack of knowledge about whether my issue was normal or not per staff confusion was chalked up to I guess that’s the way they all are; which was sad at best. You’d like to think that professionals in their field would at least be able to have the knowledge needed to do their job effectively. I’ve waited all my life to own a Toyota and with the opportunity with 2 soon to be drivers Smart Motors could have earned long term business, but that will not be the case.

To get my oil change, I need to be there at 6:20 if I want to be out of there by 8:30, and if weren’t right after an ice storm, I wouldn’t have been done until 9:30.

Eric explained everything step by step so I could understand the terms. He was confident, looking me straight in my eyes. Effecient in his work and skills. And a perfect gentleman. I am 78 years and he was patient because I wear hearing aids and he adjusted to my needs. He adjusted voice slower and louder 4 me. I want Eric 2 service me again.
