My appointment was for 1:15. At about 2:30 I was informed that service was being started on my car. If you are unable to handle the appointment on time, which may not be Jacob’s fault, I would prefer to be told and rescheduled rather than sit for 1 hour, 15 minutes with no progress on my car. Didn’t plan to be there for almost 2 hours for an oil change.o
