I was told that the tires had been inflated to 35. However, when I drove away, I found that the light indicating low tire pressure was still on! I had to go back and look for someone to help me get the tires really inflated. It’s hard to imagine how such a regular maintenance operation could be ignored. Maybe the staff were focusing on something more important. I appreciate that. But this mistake can really make people hesitate to believe what’s written in the report. I hope such a mistake can be avoided next time.

I was told that I would get a $100 rebate on the new tires, but when I contacted Yokohama, I was told that that rebate offer ended Oct 31, and that there were no other rebate offers. Otherwise, the service was good and the car is running smoothly.

I had a scheduled appointment for oil change/tire rotate I made weeks ago, and it took an hour and 50 minutes from check in to check out. That's too long especially since I wasn't notified it would take that long.

I had a 1pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and my car was not ready until 2:30pm. At 2:10pm they came and confirmed what service I wanted done. Kudos at that point for apologizing for the delay. So with an appointment I waited 70 minutes before my work began! This comes after a 90 minute wait for a tire rotation 6 months ago. I will be back in 3 weeks with my other car. After 24 years with Smart I maybe considering service elsewhere. Come on, you can do better. You are at two strikes right now
