If you have an apt. for 8:30 and arrive on time for just a tire rotation it should not take an 1.25+ hours in my opinion. Just an overall comment not specific to the rep.

My appt for a tire rotation took 1h45m despite having a scheduled appt. In the past (full service area) an oil change and rotation took less than an hour. I’d like to know that work on any car with an appt will start within 5-10min of the scheduled time.

Had appointment and it took almost 2 hours to do 20,000 mile maintenance. With appointment, vehicle did not get into bay until at least 30-45 minutes after appointment time.

The customer service and service provided is great. However,even with an appt, a 2 hour wait for a tire rotation is ridiculous. Some clients do these apps on their lunch hour, and arriving and finding out that a usual 30 min to 40 min appt at most, takes 2 hours is very inconvenient. I understand that delays occur, but this seems to happen every appt I have. I know the appt itself doesn't take more than 30 min because once it is started, I am done within that time. Again, service is great, just not the unexpected long delays with no notice. I would have rescheduled if I would have known it would take that long. I arrived at 10:30am,sat in my car for 20min befire anyonr checked me in. Then checked out at 12:25pm. I don't need anyone to contact me. Just a pattern that has not been improving and just getting worse at each appt.

I am very disappointed with the lack of contact Toyota had with me concerning my vehicle. I was not notified when the vehicle was done and finally after six days, I called to see if it was ready. I took it in on Thursday, and I believe the work was done on Friday. I finally called the following Thursday to find out if it was done. Usually Toyota is very good at going over the service record, and letting you know what had taken place and what the results were, but in this case, none of that was done. It was only after accidentally running into Justin in the parking lot that I found out what the results were. I’ve already talked to Justin and he has apologized.
