My appointment time was 9am. I arrived early and was told they were not sure when they would begin work on my vehicle. Why bother making an appointment?? Communication was okay day 1,but poor on day 2.It is very apparent the service team to vehicles needing service is to low. You overbooked vehicles everyday needing service and goals are not achieved. Management needs to review themselves.

At completion of my service, I was asked to pay $129 for services that were to have been totally covered under the 24,000 mile Smart Advantage Pre-Paid Maintenance Plan that was provided to me when I purchased my vehicle in July 2023. It took me a fair amount of time to convince the desk person that I was not going to pay for services that were to be covered under the Plan.
In addition, when I was provided my corrected invoice, stapled to it was a service ticket for a different vehicle belonging to a different person.
Then I was told my car was parked in the back of the service area near the car wash. It was not there. In fact, someone had driven my car to the lot in front of the building along Odana Road down near the New Car sales area.
