All of the technicians did a fantastic job. They were very busy when I got there shortly after opening but all did a great job being friendly and giving appropriate estimations of time which made waiting a lot more pleasant. Ian did an awesome job explaining the service and a recall that was open on my vehicle and the progress of it.

I waited almost 20 minutes after pulling into the garage to drop my car off. I’m not sure why that process lasted longer than a few minutes. It took that long for a guy to walk over and review the issues I already explained over the phone.
My appointment was at 10:15am. I didn’t get a text until almost 2:30pm. .
It cost me $219.00 for a diagnostic that I’m sure wasn’t going to solve any lock issues. The total to fix my locks was over $2300.00. I’d bet anything replacing all the electronic locks is not the issue. So I passed and the problem was never solved.
Even picking up the car took way too long. I stood there for five minutes as the service writer worked away on his computer. Overall it was not a great experience today.

I came in for an oil change and maintenance check-up on 2/14/24. The next day my battery was completely dead which required a jumpstart from a Good Samaritan. I had put in a brand new battery in November 2023. Everything check out in the green at Smart Motors so why am suddenly having battery issues? I had no issues starting my Venza until my appointment at Smart Motors.
