No one gave me status about delay. When I checked in estimate was 45 minutes to an hour at max. I waited for an hour and a half for simple oil change and rotation of tire. Client satisfaction was obviously not top concern. Text message came saying my car was ready but my car was still being worked on when I went to the front desk. The new system I was told they were using didn’t work well. It would’ve been better if someone told me about longer wait.

David was fine and helpful. I have no qualms with him. I do have quite a few qualms with Smart Motors overall. First of all, why was it almost $200 to look over my car. That seems little ridiculous. I didn't need or want full diagnostic services. I just wanted light lights on the dashboard taken care of. Second off all, when I brought my car in it was running. Then the battery died completely at the dealership. Third of all, your phone tree is confusing. I did not know who to call. If I hadn't had David's direct line I would've been in quite a pickle. Fourth of all, the website is not user friendly. I sent a message but there was no record of the message being sent. Then I'm pretty sure I got a text back in response to that message, but I can't be sure because my message was on the website and the text as in, well, my text. Fifthly, how come I can't pay my bill online. That doesn't seem user friendly. And finally, I'm not entirely sure of the whole story, but the man who came in the tow truck to get my car had quite a few difficulties because no one at Smart Motors knew what was going on. All in all, I would not recommend.

I arrived at 9:15 for a 920 appointment. At 9:45 I had to ask someone to help me. The man that was parking the cars we originally pull into the service area was terrific, but I don’t know why I had to wait so long. Then when I came back to pick up the car, I had to find someone to help me pay and check out my car. Seemed like a lot of people working and I didn’t understand what was happening that made it so confusing and long.

Not liking the new system. I had a scheduled appt at 11. Went to the section I normally went to and they told me to go by the express section to bay 5 or 6. Both of those bays were filled and had cars waiting outside. I parked and went in and waited 10 min to have someone check in with me. They said to pull up to any open bay. I pulled up to the only one without a car outside and then sat for close to 30 minutes by the time an adviser came out. I should've been done with the appt by the time I was even checked in.
